If a print arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you.

Personalized and custom items

Items made to your name, logo or file are made just for you. We check your proof with you first, so we can't take them back for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
